p555 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "p555," "we," "us," "our" refers to the p555 platform operating at p555.cam and all associated services.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the p555 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the p555 platform.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Player's p555 Account, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bets, or other non-cash incentives credited to an Account subject to bonus terms.
• "Services" means all gaming, sports betting, casino, payment, and account management services available on p555.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which accessing or using p555's Services is unlawful under applicable law.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by p555 before processing withdrawals or as otherwise required.

By accessing p555.cam, creating an Account, or using any p555 Service, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions in full, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the p555 platform and close your Account if one has been opened.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and p555. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Access to p555's Services is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. p555 strictly prohibits access by persons under this age threshold. Registration by any person below 21 years of age is prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity acting in a business capacity).
• You must not be accessing the Services from a Prohibited Territory.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion register maintained by p555 or any associated responsible gaming programme.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your place of residence.

p555 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and residential address at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time period may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

To access p555's real-money Services, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. You are required to provide, at a minimum:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document.
• A valid Pakistani mobile number or email address.
• A date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older.
• A secure, unique password of your choosing.

One Account Only: Each player may register and maintain only one Account on p555. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. p555 employs technical and manual controls to detect duplicate Accounts.

p555 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, at its sole discretion. Upon registration, you affirm that all information provided is truthful and that you satisfy all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your p555 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time verification codes sent to your registered mobile number.

You must not share your login credentials with any third party, including family members, friends, or associates. p555 is not responsible for any losses — financial or otherwise — arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

You must notify p555 customer support immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your Account. p555 reserves the right to suspend an Account immediately upon receipt of such notification pending investigation.

p555 will never contact you by telephone, SMS, or email to request your full password. If you receive any such communication purporting to be from p555, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.

All financial transactions on p555 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawal requests:

• Deposits: p555 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and bank transfer. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance promptly upon confirmation of receipt. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). Verified Accounts in good standing can expect withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa wallets to be processed within six (6) hours during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days.
• Source of Funds: You warrant that all funds deposited into your p555 Account are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity. p555 reserves the right to request evidence of source of funds at any time.
• Currency: p555 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. All amounts must be transacted in PKR.
• Reversal: p555 reserves the right to reverse a deposit where fraud is suspected or where the transaction cannot be verified. Players will be notified in such circumstances.
• Transaction Fees: p555 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges. p555 is not responsible for fees levied by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawal of Bonus Funds is subject to the fulfilment of applicable wagering requirements as detailed in Section 8. Real-money Balance and Bonus Funds are maintained separately within your Account.

The following rules apply to all sports betting, live casino, and slot gaming activities conducted through p555:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are accepted at p555's discretion. p555 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at any time, including after initial acceptance, if there is evidence of pricing error, system malfunction, or where acceptance would be in contravention of applicable rules.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum bet amounts vary by event, market, and game type. Applicable limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may be adjusted by p555 without prior notice.
• Void Bets: A bet may be declared void and your stake refunded in circumstances including (but not limited to): event cancellation, abandonment, walkover, or where a market is suspended and cannot be resolved.
• In-Play Betting: In-play betting markets are subject to additional terms, including the right of p555 to suspend markets and delay acceptance in the event of technical or data feed issues. Bets placed after the relevant event outcome is known are void.
• Result Disputes: Where a bet result is disputed, the official results as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for PCL/PSL fixtures) shall be final.
• Casino Games: All casino games, including live dealer games and slot titles, operate using certified random number generation (RNG) systems or live dealer protocols. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are theoretical averages over extended play and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

p555 game rules specific to individual titles are published within each game's information section on the platform. In the event of conflict between these general Terms and a specific game's rules, the specific game rules shall prevail.

p555 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the relevant offer:

• Bonuses are available to registered p555 players aged 21 or over who are in good standing and have not previously breached these Terms.
• Unless otherwise specified, each bonus offer is available once per player, per household address, per device, and per IP address.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple is stated in the specific bonus terms.
• p555 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, provided that any such change will not affect bonuses already accepted and in active use.
• Bonus Funds carry an expiry period from the date of crediting. Bonus Funds not used or wagered within the applicable expiry period will be forfeited automatically.
• Players who p555 reasonably believes are exploiting bonus offers — including through coordinated play, use of software tools, or abuse of promotional mechanics — may have bonus awards cancelled and their Account reviewed.

Specific bonus conditions — including minimum deposit thresholds, eligible game contributions, maximum bet restrictions during wagering, and time limits — are published on the relevant promotion page at p555.cam and form part of these Terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the p555 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Registering or using an Account on behalf of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the p555 platform.
• Engaging in match fixing, spot fixing, or any form of sports manipulation in connection with betting activity on p555.
• Colluding with other players in casino games, including any form of chip dumping.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or undisclosed system vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings arising from such exploitation will be voided.
• Using the proceeds of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity to fund your p555 Account.
• Accessing p555's Services through the use of a VPN or proxy server to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening p555 staff or other players through any communication channel.

p555 cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities. Where evidence of criminal conduct is identified, p555 will report the matter to relevant authorities without prior notice to the player concerned.

All content on the p555 platform — including but not limited to the p555 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, data compilations, and game content — is the exclusive intellectual property of p555 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the p555 platform solely for the purpose of personal, non-commercial gaming activity in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, publish, transmit, distribute, reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works of any p555 content without prior written consent from p555. Unauthorised use of p555 intellectual property will result in Account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, p555 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology providers shall not be liable for any losses of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of the p555 platform, including:

• Loss of gaming funds arising from normal play outcomes.
• System downtime, technical failures, data transmission errors, or delays beyond p555's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to maintain credential security.
• Losses arising from incomplete or delayed withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any nature.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit p555's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

p555 provides its Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations as to the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of odds at any given moment, or the outcome of any game or bet.

p555 is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming. We recognise that online gaming, while an entertaining activity for the majority of players, can become problematic for a minority of individuals. The following tools and policies are in place at p555:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration after which the platform will prompt a break or automatically log out the player.
• Reality Check Reminders: Players may activate periodic on-screen reminders showing time elapsed and net gaming activity during each session.
• Cool-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of gaming activity for a defined period (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks) without permanently closing their Account.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from p555 may request permanent self-exclusion through the Account settings or by contacting customer support. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of five (5) years.

p555 reserves the right to proactively impose responsible gaming controls on an Account where our monitoring systems identify patterns of behaviour consistent with problem gambling, without prior notice to the player.

p555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Receipt of a valid request from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Identification of an Account as belonging to a player who is under 21 years of age.
• Identification of duplicate Accounts held by the same individual.
• Prolonged Account inactivity in accordance with our dormant account policy.

In the event of Account closure due to a breach of these Terms, p555 reserves the right to withhold Account Balances pending investigation. Where no breach is identified following investigation, any withheld funds will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account for any reason may do so by contacting p555 customer support. Voluntary Account closure does not waive any outstanding obligations to p555.

p555 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, p555 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or on-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections or editorial clarifications that do not alter the substance of your rights or obligations) may take effect without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.

The date on which the current version of these Terms was last updated is displayed in the hero section at the top of this page. Your continued use of p555 Services following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to p555's licensed jurisdiction of operation.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute arising between you and p555 in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform, you should first raise the matter with our customer support team. p555 will endeavour to resolve all disputes in good faith and within a reasonable timeframe.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team, it may be referred to the independent dispute resolution service designated by our licensing authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution process are available from our customer support team upon request.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent p555 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
